Every scrubber below is fabricated in our own polypropylene workshop — sized to your gas data, water-tested before shipping, and shipped in container-friendly sections with drawings and spares.
Vertical Packed-Bed Spray Tower
The workhorse of wet scrubbing: gas rises through one to three beds of pall-ring packing while scrubbing liquid rains down from spiral nozzles, and a demister strips droplets before the stack. Sized from your airflow and pollutant so the removal efficiency is engineered, not hoped for.

Horizontal Cross-Flow Scrubber
All the stages of a packed tower laid on their side. Gas passes horizontally through successive spray and packing sections, so the unit fits under low roofs, on mezzanines and rooftops where a vertical tower simply won’t go — with easy front-door access to every stage.

Acid Mist Purification Tower
Purpose-built for pickling tanks and plating lines: a compact tower with its own recirculation pump and dosing point that captures HCl, H₂SO₄ and mixed-acid mists right where they are generated, before they corrode your building or reach the neighbors.
Specs: Ø400–3,000 mm · integrated or remote sump · NaOH neutralization dosing · pairs with our PP rim-exhaust duct systems
Activated Carbon Adsorption Units
Drawer-type adsorbers filled with pelletized activated carbon capture VOCs and residual odor that wet scrubbing alone can’t hold. Run them standalone on dry exhaust or as the polishing stage after a scrubber, with drawers that slide out for carbon change in minutes.

Dosing & Recirculation Systems
A scrubber is only as good as its chemistry. Our skids combine PP day tanks, metering pumps, recirculation pumps and pH/ORP controllers — pre-piped, pre-wired and wet-tested — so caustic or hypochlorite dosing tracks the gas load automatically.

Tower Internals & Spares
We mold the consumables ourselves: pall rings, hollow packing balls, tellerettes, spiral nozzles, demister pads and support grating. That keeps our tower prices honest — and means refills and retrofit internals ship fast, for our towers or any existing scrubber you operate.
