Wherever corrosive, soluble or odorous gases leave a process, a properly sized wet scrubber is usually the most economical way to catch them. Here is where our towers work every day.

Electroplating & Anodizing
Chrome, nickel, zinc and anodizing lines generate acid and alkaline mists that eat roof steel and trigger complaints. Rim exhaust ducting feeds a packed tower with NaOH dosing; chromic-acid duty gets dedicated mist eliminators ahead of the packing.
Acid Pickling Lines
HCl fume from steel wire, strip and tube pickling is the classic packed-tower duty: highly soluble, easy to neutralize, brutal on any metal equipment. An all-PP tower with 1–2 stages routinely brings stack HCl below visible and regulatory limits.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical
Reactor vents, tank-farm breathing and charging losses carry HCl, NH₃, SO₂ and solvent traces. We build absorption towers to your vent-gas balance, with PVDF internals where temperatures or solvents demand it.
PCB & Semiconductor
Etching and cleaning baths release acid and ammonia fumes that corrode cleanroom infrastructure. Compact PP scrubbers with fine demisters and smooth interiors handle fab exhaust without particle shedding.
Wastewater & Pump Stations
H₂S and odor from headworks, sludge rooms and pump stations scrub well in hypochlorite/caustic towers, with an activated-carbon polishing stage where neighbors are close. All-plastic construction shrugs off the damp corrosive air.
Food Processing & Rendering
Cooking and rendering odors are mixtures, so we combine quench, packed scrubbing and oxidant dosing — tellerette packing keeps grease-laden beds from plugging between washdowns.
Tell us your industry and gas — we’ll propose a scrubbing train that fits.
