The Factory Behind the Towers
Jinan Jinhaofeng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a polypropylene processing factory in Jinan, Shandong, China. We are unusual among scrubber suppliers in one specific way: we make our own material. Three PP sheet extrusion lines, an injection molding shop for packing and nozzles, and CNC fabrication all sit meters from the tower assembly floor.
That vertical integration shows up in the product. The sheet in your tower shell, the welding rod in its seams and the pall rings in its bed come from the same resin family, so they weld cleanly and age together. It also shows up in the price — there is no material middleman to pay.
